We work with every experience level and cater every lesson to YOU.

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Please show up 10-15 minutes early. Also, keep an eye on our schedule as times and dates are subject to change.
Salsa is a popular form of social dance that originated in the Caribbean. The movements of salsa have origins in Puerto Rican bomba and plena, Cuban Son, cha-cha-cha, mambo and other dance forms.
The foxtrot is a smooth, progressive dance characterized by long, continuous flowing movements across the dance floor. It is danced to big band music and is similar to waltz. Developed in the 1910s, the foxtrot reached its height of popularity in the 1930s and remains practiced today.
Swing dance is a group of dances that developed with the swing style of jazz music in the 1920s–1940s, with the origins of each dance predating the popular "swing era". Think Michael Buble or big band style music.
Bachata is a genre of Latin American music that originated in the Dominican Republic in the first half of the 20th century with African, European, and Indigenous musical elements. Bachata originates from Bolero and Son (and later, from the mid 1980s, Merengue).
Rumba became internationally popular in the early 20th century. Best known for the dancers' subtle side to side hip movements. Rumba is danced with a basic pattern of two quick side steps and a slow forward step.
The waltz is a dance which has morphed over time from an old German folk dance, and it is danced to a 1-2-3 beat. Most waltzes are slow, and by mastering the basic dance step, you can survive the waltz pretty easily.
